  • Glass Breakage Exception: If any bangles arrive cracked or broken due to shipping, please take a clear photograph immediately upon opening the package and contact our customer care team within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement set or partial refund.
  • Final Sale on Intact Items: For health and hygiene reasons, once the clear plastic safety wrapping or container seal is opened, the bangles cannot be returned or exchanged for change-of-mind or incorrect sizing.
  • Sizing Exchanges: Unopened and completely sealed bangle boxes may be exchanged for a different size within 14 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs.
