Welcome to our store. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms, conditions, and operational policies.
1. Fragile Items & Shipping Liability
  • Nature of Goods: The buyer acknowledges that traditional glass bangles (Kanch ki Chudiyaan) are inherently fragile.
  • Safe Delivery Guarantee: We carefully bubble-wrap and pack all sets in rigid container boxes. However, if any glass items are broken during transit, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographic proof of the damaged goods and packaging to receive a replacement or partial refund.
2. Sizing & Fit Responsibility
  • Buyer Discretion: Bangle size labels (e.g., 2-4, 2-6, 2-8, 2-10) are clearly marked on the item packaging. It is the buyer’s responsibility to check our size chart and measure their hand/wrist correctly before purchasing.
  • Incorrect Size Claims: We cannot offer refunds or cover return shipping costs for items ordered in the wrong size.
3. Final Sale & Hygiene Policy
  • Health & Safety: Due to hygiene standards for wearable jewelry, all bangles are considered Final Sale once the outer protective plastic wrap or clear container box has been opened.
  • Eligible Returns: We only accept returns or exchanges on items that are completely unopened, unused, and in their original sealed factory packaging.
4. Color & Handcraft Variation
  • Visual Representation: Product colors may vary slightly due to photographic lighting sources or your digital screen settings.
  • Handmade Variance: Minor unevenness in the gold glitter, shimmer placement, or slight paint variations are characteristic of traditional glass manufacturing and are not considered manufacturing defects.
5. Order Cancellations & Processing
  • Cancellation Window: Orders can only be modified or cancelled within 2 hours of placement. Once an item has been transferred to our shipping partners, the order cannot be cancelled or redirected.
